Do you travel for photoshoots?
Absolutely! While we’re based in South East London, we love exploring new places. Whether it’s a wedding by the beach, a countryside celebration, or a city event, we’re happy to travel to capture your story. Travel within London is included in our packages, and for shoots further afield we just add a fair travel fee. If you’ve got somewhere special in mind - let’s chat about it!
How long does it take to get our photos?
We know the wait can feel so hard. That’s why we keep our turnaround times realistic but speedy.
• Weddings: You’ll get a gorgeous sneak peek within 3–5 days to relive the magic straight away, and your full gallery in just 3–4 weeks.
• Events & birthdays: Your full gallery will be ready within 1–2 weeks.
• Portraits & corporate sessions: Delivered within 7 days, and if you need them even quicker, we can usually offer a rush option for an .
Need your photos a little quicker? We totally get it! We offer a rush delivery option where we bump your gallery to the top of our edit list. This comes with a small extra fee, just so we can clear the space and give your images the time they deserve.
Every photo is edited with care, so you’ll always get the best mix of speed and quality.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes, we do! 📸✨ All of our packages include a beautiful set of high-resolution digital images shared via a bespoke online gallery (or personalised app - depending on your package), but if you’d love something you can hold in your hands, we offer albums and professional prints too. Think of it as taking your memories off the screen and into something you can flip through for years to come. We’ll chat you through the options once your gallery is ready, so you can choose what feels right for you.
How do we book you in?
Super simple, just get in touch through our contact form or drop us a message. We’ll have a quick chat about your plans, answer any questions, and check our availability. Once you’re happy, a small booking fee secures your date and the rest is due closer to the shoot. For larger events, we’ll have calls beforehand and you’ll receive a questionnaire to make sure we capture your vision perfectly. Easy, no fuss, just locked in peace of mind that your memories are covered.
