Yes! We’re based in South East London and cover London, the South East and beyond. Travel within Greater London is included; outside this area travel is charged at cost (mileage or rail) plus any parking/tolls. For destinations over 2 hours away, accommodation may be required. Depending on what you need, either one of us (or both) will be available to help capture the moments with magic.

Absolutely. We’ll help with location ideas, best time of day, outfit guidance and a simple shoot plan so it feels relaxed and fun. If you have a vibe in mind, share a few references or a mood board. We’ll build on that and suggest poses/locations that create a perfect fit. We can also advise on permits if a venue or park requires one.

We take a 50% retainer to secure your date which is non-refundable.

If things change and we’re available, you can move your booking once at no extra cost. Additional changes or moves to peak dates may incur a fee.

For weddings, if cancelled within 30 days of the date, the full balance may be due (unless we can rebook).

Portraits/events: If cancelled within 14 days of the shoot, the full balance may be due (unless we can rebook the slot).

We’ll always try to be fair and will discuss options if something unexpected happens.

Digital: You’ll receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads for printing and web-size files for easy sharing.

Prints: You can order professional prints, frames and thank-you cards directly from your gallery at a competitive rate.

Albums: We design modern, lay-flat albums with premium paper and custom covers. You choose the favourites; we handle the layout and proofing. (Parent albums and gift books available too.)

Yes. We hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates can be provided to venues on request.

Of course! We'll chat beforehand about any must-have people, moments or poses, plus a mood board if you have one. We’ll use that as a guide while keeping space for natural moments and creativity. Our approach blends your requests with our experience directing and managing groups so you get a holistic mix of beautiful, candid memories and polished portraits.

We offer sneak peeks within 72 hours (on request). With a few options for the full gallery with weddings 4–8 weeks, events 3–7 days, portraits 3–5 days. Busy seasons may lean to the longer end, but we’ll keep you updated.

Yes. We can provide in-house video coverage or bring a trusted videographer we work with regularly. Options range from short highlight films to full-ceremony/speeches coverage, social-ready edits, and vertical reels. Tell us what you need and we’ll recommend the right package.

 A second shooter is available to cover both preparations, multiple angles during the ceremony, and more guest candids. Add-on from £300 (half day) / £450 (full day).

Tell us your date, location and the package you’re interested in and we’ll send a short booking form. Once you’ve paid the retainer (25% of the total booking), your date will be secured. The total balance is due 7 days before the shoot (weddings: 15 days).
